Pond Medics has been outstanding. Tom was generous with his time and gave us advice before our HOA was even a customer. After talking with them and the other vendors in our area and elsewhere, we chose Pond Medics for our pond's maintenance. They maintain the city's ponds and those of other local HOA's with large ponds that are about the same age as ours. Maintaining a young pond is much simpler than maintaining one that is 25 years old like ours. We paid much less for our previous maintenance company and in return got a pond that stank for nearly 3 months every year. But now for the past year we have a pond that is clear and pretty and has no odor! Honestly the pond hasn't looked this good in years. Everything Pond Medics has done has been with a high standard of excellence and care for our best interest. They document everything they do and keep us informed about what's happening. They work to keep costs down and even advise us about how we need to care for our pond in the future. Months after our maintenance contract began, both of our pond's fountains saw the end of their useful lives and so we began the search process which was quite extensive, looking at about a dozen vendors. We settled on Pond Medics again, this time to buy our new fountain and aerator because they had the best products for our needs, using only one fourth of the electricity of our previous fountains. The technology on the fountain is easily maintained (no splicing when a light needs to be changed) and we get colored lights. What Pond Medics has shown us over the past year is that we can trust them to do what is best for our needs at a very fair price. It's not the cheapest option because they don't send uneducated pond technicians who just throw powder at one end of your pond.
